Ideal for applications requiring precise, fast and reliable focus shaping and correction over a broad wavelenth range. This Focal-Length Tunable mirror is intended for beam focussing (defocussing) in 90° reflection and it comes with voltage supply ZWOBBELDRIVE and controller ZWOBBELCON. Applications are in 3D micro structuring, solar wafer structuring and cutting, e-mobility, cutting, welding and microstructuring. Also beam switching with beam shaping compinents is enabled thanks to its short response times. |
