Product specificationsThe Piezo Deformable Mirror by ROBUST AO operates in two wavelength ranges IR and greenwith the highest reflectivity. For alignment and pilot laser reflectivity at 633nm is >80% . Ideal for applications requiring precise, fast and reliable focus shaping and correction over a broad wavelenth range. This focal-length tunable mirror is intended for beam focussing (defocussing) in 90° reflection. It comes with voltage supply ZWOBBELDRIVE and controller ZWOBBELCON. Applications are in two photon microscopy, 3D micro structuring, microscopy, wafer structuring, glass processing, e-mobility, cutting, welding and microstructuring. Also beam switching with beam shaping compinents is enabled thanks to its short response times. This mirror has been developped in frame of the EU Project Flexible LAser-Based Manufacturing FLASH https://flashlaserproject.eu/
